Stephanie Grover



Born in Chicago, Stephanie and her family moved to Greenville, in the early the 1990's. After graduating from Christ Church Episcopal School, she attended Wofford College and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in both Business Economics and Spanish. 

Stephanie began her career in the hospitality industry by working as a Sales Manager for two large hotel companies. After 7 years in the hotel industry, she took a Sales Manager position for Table 301 Restaurants. Her responsibilities include booking events, socials and meetings for Soby's, Restaurant O, Devereaux's, & The Lazy Goat and Table 301 Catering. Amanda Hollifield



Amanda began her career with the Table 301 group of restaurants in 2003 as a bartender for Soby's. In 2006 as her passion grew for the hospitality business she moved into the sales manager position for Table 301.

Amanda was born and raised in Greenville SC. She started her first job in the restaurant industry at the age of 15. In 2003, while continuing to work in the restaurant industry she received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University.
